Guide to Public Procurements in Ukraine
This guide was created to provide practical assistance to organizations that want to participate in tenders for the supply of goods, works and services for public funds or funds of donor organizations operating in Ukraine. The guide provides information on the Prozorro electronic procurement system used in Ukraine, as well as on the specifics of the legislation, procedures and documentation governing procurement processes.
