Has 15 years of successful experience in valuing business and assets during mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial statements (with allocation of acquisition prices, impairment analysis and financial modeling) for local and international clients.

Managed and participated in more than 30 projects of business and intangible asset valuation, and more than 50 projects of asset valuation in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Valuation Standards (IVS).
