The CIMA Р1 program contains blocks:

- Short-term business decisions — 30%
- Short-term decisions under uncertainty — 15%
After successfully taking the CIMA Module P1 exam, program participants receive a course attendance certificate from BDO Academy.

Module P2 “Business Performance Management” medium-term decisions, cost and performance management.
The CIMA Р2 program contains blocks:
- Cost management for value creation — 20%
- Investment decisions — 35%
- Performance management and control of cost centers — 30%
