Katerina Rafalska

Professional Experience

20+ years of experience in IFRS, auditing and corporate governance, 10 of which are at BDO United Kingdom.
Katerina worked with the stock market regulator, and also held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Quality Control Commission. She has extensive experience with IFRS financial reporting for companies in various sectors of the economy, resolving complex technical issues related to the application of IFRS and improving the quality of financial reporting. Katerina has also been involved in many working groups on implementing IFRS in Ukraine and improving the quality of such financial statements, implementing SFOs (iXBRL financial statements) and other projects.
