Audit Company BDO conducts initiative audit of the combined financial statements of the GREEN GUILD

The Group of Companies GREEN GUILD GROUP is an interconnected chain of companies involved in a full range of activities related to the cultivation, storage, processing, and further sale of vegetable crops both in Ukraine and for export. The Group owns a significant land bank consisting of 292 hectares of arable land in Kyiv region and a vegetable processing and storage complex in Gostomel, Kyiv region. The Group's main source of revenue is the sale of washed and processed vegetables to the Ukrainian retail chains.

The Group has a wide network of customers, including 44 retail chains. The Group's products, which are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and quality ingredients, are sold under various Group brands, such as Vovka Morkovka, Matusya Potusya, Pani Tsybulka and Buryakovych. Despite the fact that the company suffered direct losses from the war, as the company's production facilities were located in the area of direct hostilities near the Antonov airport in Gostomel, the company keeps operating and is looking for opportunities to restore the damaged and lost property. The Group of Companies GREEN GUILD GROUP holds one of the leading positions in the market and plans to continue to develop and strengthen its position in the industry.
