BDO launches its 2020 Integrated Transparency Report

We are proud to have led the industry since 2014 in integrated reporting and this year we introduce another Ukrainian first: an initial assessment of our climate risk as measured against the Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosure Recommendations (TCFD).

The report will provide readers with a gateway to our business model; values which drive us and how we create value for our clients across our service lines including high quality audits. We also demonstrate our material impacts on the environment; how we develop talent; foster a inclusive and equitable working culture as well as build strong business and community partnerships.

2020 has been a very unprecedented year for all of us. The global pandemic has changed the way we work, live, meet, communicate and do business. For BDO it was a year to reTHINK the way we serve our clients, protect the wellbeing of our colleagues and communicate openly with our key stakeholders. We also looked at ways to further innovate and improve our service quality and transparent communication in order to become even more resilient to any future disruptions.

High-quality services, both for new and existing clients, remain a top priority for BDO and we stake our brand reputation to our accountants, tax and advisory professionals being trusted at all times. We aspire to be Advisors of a more Sustainable Future and we are intrinsically motivated to do “the right thing” both internally and externally. We welcome you to join us on this journey and hope you enjoy our 2020 Integrated Transparency Report. Feedback on the report is very welcome so we continue to reflect the information needs of our key stakeholders.
