How can young professionals be interested in audit and consulting companies?

If you open job websites now, you will find a bunch of vacancies with approximately the same requirements for entry-level positions. But when you check other company vacancies, it becomes clear that for the specialist level, the requirements already look like an insurmountable obstacle, such as work experience in the specialty.


This means that at the beginning you have quite a few opportunities and companies where you can start your career, but over time you need to gain experience and build a vertical career. That’s why companies provide intensive training and help you acquire skills that universities don’t teach. This helps students to get a specialization and first experience after the internship, and helps companies to get a specialist that meets their requirements or to increase the number of specialists they find difficult to find.

As a reminder, audit and consulting companies are organizations that provide services in financial statement auditing, tax consulting, risk management, strategic planning, organizational development, and other business areas.
