Here, you will find answers to frequently asked questions about the candidate selection process in our company.

Yes, you can. This can be done by any means convenient for you: 

a) You can submit your CV at the recruiting websites where you found our job posting. 

b) You can email your CV directly to the HR department cvteam@bdo.ua

Many factors affect the duration of the hiring process, but we will keep you informed in due course at each stage to the best of our ability. We also appreciate the time you have invested in this process, so we tend to act quickly and efficiently. This process takes about two weeks to complete.

We will call you back and schedule everything that needs to be done when selecting candidates for our company. If we cannot reach you, we will send you an email. All arrangements made during the phone call are confirmed by emails to make it easier for you to plan your activities.

Even if we don't have a job opening that you are interested in right now, please send us your CV. We will keep it in our database and contact you as soon as we have something relevant.

Training programs are available to all our employees. They cover both professional skills and competencies and general business skills (negotiation, effective communication, time management, presentation skills, etc.).
